My brand application is currently under review. It has been under review for over 2 months.
I tried to re-apply but am unable to since the brand application is under review. I applied for a trademark myself and I have double/triple checked that all information in my trademark application matches my brand registration application.
I cannot get anyone to pinpoint the issue so that I may fix it; I keep getting generic possible reasons, none of which apply in my case. I also cannot re-apply since my brand application is “under review”, and I also have not heard from Brand Registry in several weeks
How do I get out of this limbo? Thank you.

No response from brand registry team no matter how many times to reply in the appeal thread.
Community manager in this forum told me I would be okay to go head and reapply but bumped into the same message of "under review".
