A product title was changed by another seller to something unrelated. Case No. 15868446141 has been initiated. However, the conclusion states "Your change request may be updated only if accepted by the winning contributor and further follow up is not required by you on the same." I would appreciate if you can help with this issue.

We recently created a new listing and were able to upload it. We initially put a simple title for the product because we wanted to change it later on. But now, we have tried many time to add some details and descriptions (such as the color, usage, etc...) but each and every time, we get the same message:

The value you added "new title" doesn't correspond to the value associated with your ASIN "Old title", even thought the old title is still included into it, with just a few more keywords added in.

@Seller_Udi0JNbTrsmUVRoberto, I'm tagging you because I see one discussion that is exactly the same as our issue, and you are trying to fix it, but I don't want to add my information in tha discussion, so we don't get confused. It is your discussion with "Canconversion"

Basically, I have two UPCs that were used to create two products with a brand name really similar to our brand, but it shows in the system as Generic product.

I have tried everything seller support suggested in the last 3 months. Every call I get different information, some information I even know is wrong.

One of the associates was able to work with the internal team and he was able to fix the brand name, so both ASIN's have the right Brand name, but still shows on the system as Generic product, so we are stuck and we can't do anything. For some reason, I was able to add them to my inventory, but now every time I open the edit page I get the generic product error saying we cannot do anything.

Another suggestion was to create another ASIN with the same UPC, which I always thought is not possible, but please look at the attached screenshot. When I tried to create a new ASIN, the system shows the existing ASIN as suggestion, and when we click "this is not my product" there is one option listed saying we could request an exemption to create a new ASIN with the same GTIN, which was said to us it is not possible, in this case id 16342822621. Is it possible or not? My last case about this issue is case 16381673451.
