Can't update the title of a product for this ASIN has already been claimed by another representative of the brand

A product title was changed by another seller to something unrelated. Case No. 15868446141 has been initiated. However, the conclusion states "Your change request may be updated only if accepted by the winning contributor and further follow up is not required by you on the same." I would appreciate if you can help with this issue.
