Our Amazon product title can't be changed
We recently created a new listing and were able to upload it. We initially put a simple title for the product because we wanted to change it later on. But now, we have tried many time to add some details and descriptions (such as the color, usage, etc...) but each and every time, we get the same message:
The value you added "new title" doesn't correspond to the value associated with your ASIN "Old title", even thought the old title is still included into it, with just a few more keywords added in.
ASIN: B0DH9FR78D
We would really appreciate your help in being able to change our product title adequatly.

Thank you for contacting Amazon Forums.
I have reviewed the ASIN B0DH9FR78D, and found that it has the tile: Rouleau à barbe argenté – Pour la croissance de la barbe – Réduit les cicatrices et les rides – Pour hommes et femmes. I have checked internally, and it is the title you uploaded on September 23rd.
Based on the above, if this is the title you wanted, we can confirm it is resolved now. In case it is not the correct title, you need to open a case with selling Partner Support, provide the ASIN, the desired title, and they will be able to help you.
