Anyone selling is used to getting kits back from FBA with 3/4 of the parts missing, claims of defective when it wasn't even opened, unknown sticky substances all over it from the warehouse (NO we did not send it to you this way). But being honest people, what are we supposed to do when we get the wrong item back?
The last time we opened a case it seemed like they thought we were idiots for being honest. I don't feel good about keeping the wrong inventory that belongs to someone else, no matter how much the customer destroyed it. We went back and forth through a gauntlet of form letters until we got maybe a $2 credit and they closed the case. They never answered if they wanted it back or not.
We just got a return for an item under $15 selling price but what they really sent us back was an item, not even close in size or weight or item type like getting a beanie hat return but they returned a Sony UHD DVD player, and I believe is selling for around $400. Are we expected to go through the battle yet again or don't they really care about it? We have no use for the item. - Just being honest, that's all!
