I'm facing significant receiving delays with multiple shipments at the OAK3 fulfillment center, and I'd like to know if others are experiencing similar issues.
Current situation:
Shipment 1: Delivered on October 1st, still partially receiving after 20+ days
Shipment 2: Delivered on October 13th, still showing "in transit" status with no receiving started
Third shipment also affected with similar delays
I've contacted Seller Support multiple times but only received generic responses stating they cannot intervene in the receiving process. They provide no specific information about the current warehouse situation or the status of my inventory. These delays are severely impacting my business, especially during this crucial pre-holiday season.
Is anyone else experiencing unusual delays at OAK3? Any suggestions for escalating this issue?
