Read onlyI sell low cost items that are usually less than 10 bucks. Is there any way I can use stamped mail without a tracking number on these orders without it affecting my Valid tracking rate? Purchasing a label with tracking eats into half of my margins alone. I know I should using USPS Standard mail is what I should use, but I'm still required upload a tracking number.
Unfortunately, Amazon will penalize your Valid tracking rate.
The order total must be under $10, including shipping charges. Supposedly sales tax is not included in that total, but -- in your shoes -- I'd feel safer if it came in under $10 with tax.
Confirm using Standard Envelope -- don't call it First Class for the service.
And if you have any messages about non-receipt, refund immediately without quibble. You have no leg to stand on.
Hi there @Seller_13iqqbfByXFOI- thanks for looking to our forums community for some help on this! I'm glad to see @Seller_Hi7wbO2Kbo6blhas you pointed in the right direction!
You can confirm the $10 USD threshold on this page, along with instructions for what options to select within Seller Central in the 'Packages shipped from the US' section. The page also stipulates that these shipments do need to be "small and flat", can you confirm if this does describe your product?
Thanks!
Danny
