Read onlyAmazon says they are ok but 6 of my payments are cancelled. I ask to bank and they sent me proofs that they are cancelled. JPMorgan bank cannot pay to accounts created by payoneer. Discussed hundreds of times with amazon support but nothing happened. They keep closing transfering my cases so everything becomes lost and I keep sending documents. I sent them 5 times but no progress. Can anyone help? It is more than 4 months with no result.
Does Amazon use JPMorgan? I have never problems to receive payments from Payoneer. But also I don't know if those are sent by JPMorgan.
Maybe it's YOUR bank that cannot receive payments from Payoneer?
Yes they do use JP Morgan and every time they use it is cancelled.
Also I received payments from amazon over payoneer with amazon using other banks like HSBC but whenever amazon uses JPMorgan it fails.
So change provider. Ask for example Wise if they accept payments from JPMorgan. Check the possible Payment Service Providers on Amazon's help page.
But my payments are already lost. 6 payments from JPMorgan shows cancelled on payoneer side and ok on amazon side. Wise is not working in Turkey. My only option is payoneer.
In this case the payments will bounce back to Amazon. Your money is not lost, some day it will appear in your seller account again.
Since you don't find a solution with seller support and you know that Payoneer cannot accept those payments: why don't you put a Turkish bank as "Deposit Method"?
Amazon claims that they are ok and they did not bounce back to amazon. This is the main problem.
4 months already passed and amazon says they are not bounced back and they are paid to the bank. Payoneer says they are cancelled and returned and gave me the proofs that they are returned. I also attached these proofs to support but still no solution.

Still no updates. Should I suffer forever? What is amazon's idea for this?
Ok you stole 300 dollars from me and showed it as paid. I tried my best to solve this but you just keep postponing me and closing and transferring my cases. I will never forget this and I will also inform the others to see what amazon is doing. It is nearly 6 months now with endless efforts from my side and no efforts on your side. This is a big shame for amazon.
