Read onlyA customer open and return a package, the return package (amazon prepaid label) was lost in transit via UPS and nobody want to help us.
We create a claim on UPS and they granted, package lost, now UPS ask the Account Number in order to paid but the customer is AMAZON due this is a "amazon prepaid label". We call AMAZON and they gives the follow anser :
"I realize the importance that this has for you and will gladly assist you to achieve the best resolution available.
In order to Know your UPS number account you will need to contact a UPS representative directly.
I hope this help to address your concern."
Why always is the same with Amazon Support, they don't really help us.
