What changes in the Handmade Group would increase your engagement on the Seller Forums?
Unfortunately, I don't think Amazon will get engagement back like it was. Amazon decided it was necessary to make changes that those who most actively participated in the forums were against. The forum membership warned that they would not participate in this new forum experience. A great many of them have moved on to a different forum where sellers ask sellers for advice and can glean knowledge and don't have Amazon dictating how they can or cannot interact. Those that can't or won't play by the rules of that forum are dealt with individually rather than applying broad changes that affect all including those that have not done wrong and are truly there to help.
All some of us come here to this abomination of a forum for anymore is when we (including those unwilling to onboard here) have legitimate questions that need Amazon action. Unfortunately, it is becoming quite clear that real questions that need real answers won't receive that. They receive merely the company line, "promises" of action, and changes that are better for Amazon not for sellers written like it is a great gift or something "we asked for".
While we (again speaking for many) appreciate efforts made in the past, trust has been broken by Amazon. Earning it back isn't easy and might be impossible.
I honestly forgot Handmade had a forum. I found this post by accident. If there was a way to pin the forum, that would be great.
Do you still have the Facebook group...? How is that engagement going? Seems to me Amazon made a conscience effort to push the conversation off-platform and now you are wondering why nobody uses the platform. As I don't follow Handmade on Facebook, I have no idea what is going on.
Do you still send out the quarterly email? Maybe make it monthly (or weekly) and add a section called "recent conversations" and link back to the Forum

The new forum is also really janky to use on a phone. It’s hard to read posts, find posts and even reply to posts.
All email newsletters should be posted in the forums as well.
Feels like Amazon really doesn’t know what to do with Handmade anymore.
I would participate more if this were a members only group as it was in the past.
Bring back the old forum. Finding information in this this format is incredibly difficult and its a poor experience requiring tons of clicks to see posts and information.
Except for this feedback and other feedback about another feature, my forum posting has dropped to zero and my forum reading has gone from daily to maybe checking out the news section every couple weeks.
