Read onlyI am getting sick and tired of customers just buying items because they have nothing better to do with there time. How the idiots at Amazon keep allowing customers to keep returning item for no reason and making us pay for the return shipping, it is getting to the point that I am losing money selling on Amazon for this reason. I speak to people who rave about Amazon and when I explain that the free returns are not free to the sellers and that we pay for the return shipping charges, and when I inform them that Amazon doesn't pay for this and that it is us the seller who gets stuck footed the bill and costs they had no idea that this is the case. I have been emailing the customers to explain this but I don't get any response 99% of the time. I just got a return request from a customer that the Christmas stocking that they just purchased doesn't match there decor so they want to return it.
You are emailing the buyers about the return shipping costs?!?!

Know any B and M shop owners you could trade tales of woe with? I am sure you'd get an ear full.
I saw a woman say if she needs a stroller. she'd order 5 "test them" then return 4 smh. They say there's a new system being put in place for high return customers.
