Amazon Support lied to multiple customers and forcing me to take a loss because of their stupidity

I have a weird case here and I'm not sure what to do. I sell trading cards on Amazon. Amazon switched the barcodes on 2 items that Amazon was selling directly to the customers. We have absolutely nothing to do with this mix up. We did not send the inventory to Amazon, we did not ship them to the customers. We had these product listed at a much higher price then Amazon did. Amazon told their customers that received the wrong product that they can reorder from a 3rd party seller (me) and I would reimbursement for the price difference. Now I have multiple customers and multiple A-to-Z claims because we refused to issue a 50% refund and take a loss because Amazon made a mistake. What can I even do here? Amazon has already stolen the full order total for 2 A-to-Z claims because of this. Mods please help!!!
