Sadly I had a review from a person who admitted they did not buy my product and that they were 77 years old, but that they hate something they thought was similar (which it wasn’t) and so they decided to take their frustration out on me. It was a very suspicious 1 star review and clearly not appropriate but Amazon did nothing about it. I appealed and layer my case out clearly and briefly and no help. Its a very very lonely feeling - except that its happening to others and I feel terribly for them.

I wonder what happened to set her off doing that. Up until March she had left a lot of 5 star reviews, and then 2 1/2 months later she started doing this. As much as she appears to hate amazon, they are verified purchases. Very weird.
