I've got an AWD shipment managed by AGL to IUSP (Hesperia, CA) that was delivered +6 weeks ago, zero cartons received, and auto-closed by Amz after a month due to no check in activity. I opened a support case & even contacted my AGL contact at Amz who "escalated" my case to figure out what's going on.
After +3 weeks of with an open "escalated" case I still can't get any update as to where my goods are, when it's anticipated they'll be received, or even any type of context as to what's going on. I understand we're in Q4 receiving crunch, but it's massively concerning.
Can anyone help?
