Can't see the review at "customer review" section

Hello,

Issue: I can't see the review posted two weeks ago by buyer in my "customer review" section of sellercentral.

Case ID: ID 16908548421

I created several cases, and the associates just asked me to contact: Community-help.

I emailed to community-help@amazon.com for help several times.

They never give me a single reply. I found helpless and frustration and have no support at all.

Can anyone help or give advise to me? Thanks

How do you know of the review? Was it previously visible and not now?

Edited to add: "customer review section" makes me wonder if you are talking about seller feedback rather than product review.
