Could be that an Amazon bot detected abuse of keywords and suppressed ALL of your keywords.

yes that is solved by itself, there must have been a problem at amazon,
it lasted 1 month!
But all good now!!

I’m having this same issue. I had the same issue back in January 2020 and solved it by contacting executive seller relations. We should all reach out to jeff@amazon.com (executive seller relations).

between 3 days and 1 week, I had the experience at least 10 times minimum in 2 month!!

This same thing is happening to me right now! All of my major keywords dropped ranking overnight! I used Helium 10 to show my sales rank history, and overnight the rank dropped from 1 or 2 to rank 159! On the graph, you can see months of my keyword rank being consistently at 1 or 2, and then suddenly it falls off to rank 159 between 9/24/2020 and 9/25/2020. Is it possible that this is caused by a black hat tactic from a competitor? Please help if you know what’s going on.
