Read onlyI’ve seen others post about this and I want to make another thread so that Amazon knows this is a serious problem.
I’m projected to sell $7million this year on Amazon and have many listings that consistently rank in the top positions for my keywords. Starting a few days ago, these listings are not appearing at all for these keywords. Many of my competitors’ listings are also not appearing. The products that do appear are not optimal - very few reviews, low-quality images, etc.
In response, I’ve opened many cases with seller support, captive catalogue, executive seller relations, search team, brand registry team, seller performance, community help, and contacted executives I’ve met at Boost with FBA conference. I’ll continue to contact them nonstop and I hope that anyone else facing this issue does the same.

This sounds like a way NOT to get this fixed and people wonder why it can be so hard to get help from seller support
