Read onlyHello there @Danny_Amazon @Joey_Amazon @SEAmod @Quincy_Amazon
I am writing to report a technical issue I have encountered with the Buy 1 Get 1 promotion.
Problem Description:
When I set up a Buy 1 Get 1 promotion for products "X" and "Y," where the customer buys product "X" and gets product "Y" for free, the promotion is not being displayed correctly to the customer.
The customer sees a green "Buy 1 Get 1" budget on their side, but they are unable to see any information about the free product "Y." This is leading to confusion and incorrect expectations among customers.
Expected Behavior:
The customer should be able to clearly see that they will receive product "Y" for free when they purchase product "X." This could be displayed through a clear message or visual indicator on the product page or during the checkout process.
Request for Resolution:
Please investigate this technical issue and take the necessary steps to fix it as soon as possible. This will ensure that customers have a clear understanding of the promotion and avoid any misunderstandings or dissatisfaction.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
Hello @Seller_9eaX46HV4KgpX- and thanks for looking to the forums for some insight into building a BOGO promotion in this manner.
Upon reviewing your provided case ID, I see our team confirmed the promotion is displaying correctly, though it seems you still have concerns with the messaging educating shoppers on the terms of the deal.
I wanted to let you know I did surface this internally to request some assistance on correct assembly for this promotion, and will be sure to tag you in this thread as I receive a response. As this may take several business days, I wanted to also ensure you had this help page on how to build such promotions at-hand in case you look to delete and re-list the promotion.
Thanks much,
Danny
