A-Z claim received for this order, Amazon refunded the customer right away and gave us one chance to appeal.

To address the claim, we promptly appealed and provided all necessary documentation, including the tracking details proving the package was delivered with a signature from the customer, but still Amazon kept their original decision refunding the order to customer.

Buyer claimed he didn't received it. Shipped on time and delivered on time. We didn't purchase label from Amazon. Amazon refunded buyer, what can we do? We cannot loss claims every week when we shipped the item and Amazon is refunded buyers. Order 113-9837138-5655408

its just ridiculous and unfair to seller! buyers can do scam like that everyday for just make a easy phone call while AMAZON SELLER lost all the merchandise and shipping money!!!
