You have no protection unless you buy Amazon shipping, and even then, it appears to be harder and harder for sellers to fight claims when they do use it.

Thank you for using the Forums. You could evaluate to use buy shipping for your orders and/or get additional proof of delivery such as signature confirmation, including that in your order and claims are less likely to be granted in buyer's favor.
