Are there any other examples or evidence that was not posted here? While I have provided the information provided here, we can make sure to conduct a more thorough investigation if we have more data points to connect the dots.

This tells me that the report you submitted was interpreted as a feedback removal request. I will see if there are any gaps in the process that need to be addressed; if that was the case and for future reference, reports of abuse should focus on the abusive behavior being reported. I do not know what information you submitted and so I can’t say this is the case, but I will seek to understand and report any potential gaps in our processes.

This type of behavior can and should result in loss of account privileges when the abuse was confirmed. However, depending on the methods being used, we may have not had enough information to identify all accounts, or perhaps it was from new and separate accounts.

OP demonstrates the problems with the bot deployment on Amazon.
What was overlooked is - bots are easily fed false information, but lack the intelligence/capability to figure that out like a human being would. Hence the bad actors/opponents of Amazon have been gifted a huge toy to play with, to the detriment of genuine participants here.
