being attacked by another seller
well this is about the 5th time i have been attacked by another seller who sells the same items I do. They also have 2 seller accounts and yes ive emailed amazon maybe 75 times and nothing happens. I recieved nasty messages and orders that the jerk said was expired. I documented everything followed all amazon procedures and guess what nothing happened . It's just so frustrating.

I understand that you have received abusive messages from a buyer via buyer-seller messages. To report a message, click the Report Message on your Buyer-Seller Messages page. You can then select the appropriate reason for reporting and click the Report Message that is displayed at the bottom of the message to submit the report.
You can also report buyer abuse by navigating to via the Report Abuse form. I am linking you to a video presentation titled Buyer Abuse Prevention in the Amazon Store.
