Over 209 times and 4 years being attacked by the same account!

We are still be attacked by the same customer account since at least June 2020. At least 209 times that we count!

They place an order, and immediately cancel it, and send a bad message with keywords in hope that a bot will pickup on the words they say in it. Sometimes they leave negative feedback with the same bad words. Why are they able to leave feedback on an order they ask to cancel??? That is so simple to not allow this behavior.

We have been suspended twice because of this account. We are not the only one being affected from this same account. Many many reported messages but nothing is done and they continue. It is like clockwork, we know when the orders will come thru, as they are always close in time and day.

I did want to let you know I have reviewed the orders in question along with the prior escalation on the topic completed by our team a couple months ago, and have submitted further escalation of this buyer behavior to the appropriate teams.

This team will not provide insight on the actions taken from their review to you or I, but please know they will review the orders for appropriate action.
