After being rejected for brand registration last year, I opened a case and suggested to reapply 90 days later. After a long waiting period, I reapplied at the beginning of this month and got the same reasons for rejection as the first time. This application was completed step by step according to the requirements, and the reasons for rejection are in great contrast with the facts. The description is as follows:

-----a) your account was engaging in conduct that violates Brand Registry’s policies, such as, but not limited to, invalid notice submissions through our notice submission channels or tampering with the catalog;

My answer for a): My account is new account, and did not engaged in conduct that violates Brand Registry’s policies, you can check the transaction in the platform

-----b) your application or account is related to other Amazon accounts or brands that have violated Amazon or Brand Registry’s policies,

My answer for b): My account is very healthy, and didn't has violated Amazon or Brand Registry’s policies,

-----c) you are associated with one or more selling accounts as a primary owner and all of them have failed seller verification,

My answer for c): I am a new seller in Amazon, didn't sell or buy in Amazon before, this is my first time logging into Amazon and registering as a new buyer

-----d) inability to provide sufficient evidence of branding on products/packaging;

My answer for d): My products are handmade, so the packaging is printed the brand logo name, if was rejected by the reason of "inability to provide sufficient evidence of branding on products/packaging", can you tell me where the product packaging does not meet the requirements

-----e) you have a selling account that is de-activated, or f) your trademark application appears to be filed by a filing firm that may be violating US federal regulations and USPTO rules (explained below).

My answer for e) & f): My selling account is going on normal, isnt de-activated; My trademark application is legal and has been approved by the relevant government departments in the United States. The system can query it, and you can check with the law who sign on my trademark, so my brand wasn't be violating US federal regulations and USPTO rules.

I am eager to know and understand what actions I need to take to resolve my brand registration. Should I purchase a brand new one and register again, or should I open a new store? Please provide guidance.

I am also new to amazon seller. Just an FYI if your listing is active but the item says currently unavailable check your account settings. Your tax information MIGHT need to be updated. Not saying this is the only reason but this was the case for me.

Moving AWD inventory to FBA I got a failure notice in the replenishment and the error said, "The quantity you entered is above the accepted limit for units per case." I am a new seller, and now that I am looking more into this issue, I see where I went wrong in trying to have 500 units in my case pack, however, my case pack does still meet size and weight requirements. I need to add though, IT WAS EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO FIND THE DETAIL THAT SAID CASE PACKS ARE LIMITED TO 150 UNITS PER CASE. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW I WAS EXPECTED TO FIND THIS INFORMATION PRIOR TO SHIPPING MY INVENTORY.

Can an exception be made for first shipments? THIS IS NOT SOMETHING I WILL DO AGAIN, NOR WILL I EVER WANT TO DEAL WITH THIS AGAIN. PLEASE HELP. CALLING CUSTOMER SUPPORT HELPED ME WITH ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

Selling application is still 'under review'

Hello everyone. I'm a new seller. I submitted a selling application for a brand on December 25th. The expected response date was Jan 1st, but it still shows as 'under review'. I've seen comments suggesting to 'close the case and reapply' but I'm worried that if I close the case, I won't be able to reapply. What kind of solution can i consider?

We're out of stock, and urgently need our stock out of FC Processing ASAP. Can someone from Amazon help please? Customer Support just hung up on us when they read the issue.

Reactivar cuenta

He estado intentando reactivar mi cuenta. Mi cuenta muestra 0 problemas, la reactivación de la cuenta me deja en un bucle y Amazon no ofrece asistencia. Cuando hago clic en reactivar la cuenta, me lleva al estado de la cuenta, pero no hay nada que solucionar. Dice que mi cuenta está en buen estado. Hace un mes que se me desactivo, he solucionado todos los problemas y he proporcionado todo lo que Amazon me pidió. Por favor, que alguien me ayude. Es posible volver a activar?? en los correos me indican que un ASIN tuvo reclamos de Derivaciones por abuso, Confianza del cliente y asistencia al socio. Pero repito mi cuenta muestra 0 problemas, mi ratio esta en los números adecuados. todo bien al parecer, no logro encontrar la queja del cliente o la mala jugada de otros vendedores ya que hablamos de un producto genérico.

When I read this earlier on this forum, I thought it wasn't about me. After all, I was sure that doing everything right, I wasn't violating any rules. My account had been frozen 3 times since march 2024 under different suspicions, but somehow everything was resolved. Now it's all over, the last payment was in September 2024. I probably already know the names of all the support managers who postponed resolving my cases ID: 16681580441, 16649774311, 16642762271, 16556826901, 16496603191, 16495977361, 16376723061, 16370540871, 16628002471, 16526979361 regarding this issue.

Please read below email, I submitted LLC document and card details also even account is not activated, i have Non USA resident LLC but below require utility bill I don't have USA utility bill.

How can i provide utility bills bcz i dont have these in USA. do amazon required my local utility bills means my country or USA?

What service provider is asking for i can't get it, please clearify me both 1 and 2 points.

How do I reactivate my account?

-- It must be authentic and unaltered.

-- It must not be protected with a password. You can reupload the same document without the password protection or upload a photo of the document. For security reasons, do not reply to this email with the password.

  1. Who is eligible for membership in the New Seller Community and how can I join?
    Only sellers registered to sell in Amazon's store for less than 18 months are eligible to participate in the New Seller group. You will be automatically added to this group based on your eligibility. You will receive a notification before you are removed from the group.
  2. I'm new to selling in Amazon's store. Why don't I have access to this group?
    We're adding new sellers to the group every few days, so there might be a short delay between the time you're approved and when you can post. If you don't yet have access, please check back in a couple of days. In the meantime, we encourage you to visit other threads in Seller Forums to ask a question or take part in a discussion.
  3. Who can contribute and post in the New Seller Community?
    All Seller Forums members can read New Seller group threads but only group members can post or interact in the New Seller group.
  4. Can I still post and engage in the larger Amazon seller forum after I leave the New Seller Community?
    Absolutely! The purpose of this change is not to remove you from the broader seller community. After your 18-month tenure is up and you transition out of the New Seller group, you'll still be able to participate fully in the general Amazon seller forums just like all of thousands of other sellers who are not a part of a group today.
  5. What is the reasoning behind this 18-month tenure?
    The New Seller Community group was created to provide specialized support and resources for individuals who are new to selling with Amazon. After 18 months, we've found that most sellers have developed a solid foundation and are ready to engage beyond just the "new seller" designation and even have the ability to share their experiences and guidance with others. Transitioning members out of the New Seller group at that 18-month mark allows us to keep the community focused on supporting those who are truly in the earliest stages of their Amazon selling journey. It ensures the group remains useful and welcoming for new sellers coming in. Of course, just because you leave the New Seller group doesn't mean you lose access to the wealth of information and community support available to all Amazon sellers.
  6. How do I opt-out of the New Seller Community?
    If you decide you don't want to be a member of the New Seller group, you may opt-out here at any time. Please note that removal can take up to 7 business days.
