Please help!
I have no idea how to challenge this. It seems that someone has purchased our product, then returned a different product. Since Amazon does not inspect returns and put it back on the shelf, it was sold to a customer who then left a bad review.
This has happened back to back with One listing, but two separate products. 2 Bad reviews, saying the same thing, and the product is not ours. Even one review left pictures which clearly shows it is not our packaging or our product. I have no idea what to do.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
