Hello,
It's been 2 days since I submitted a document as an appeal to my account deactivated due to late shipment rate. Is there a chance that my account will be active again?
Thank you!

Impossible to tell given the scant amount of information you provided.
How many orders were late? What percentage of all orders was that?
Are you shipping yourself or were you dropshipping and had to wait for tracking numbers from a dropshipper?
WHY were the items shipped late?
Find the suspension notice and POST THAT (the ENTIRE thing) but remove all personal information first.
Anyone answering will need to see what wording they used and what they are asking for.
If it is a Section 3 violation for dropshipping anyone responding needs to see the language to determine if it included the 'death sentence' wording.
Were there other issues such as IP violations, RA, OR, you used a Virtual Assistant and they 'helped' you with paperwork and forged documents?
You might as well post what you sent in as an appeal as well so anyone here can see if you did a decent job or butchered the attempt. Amazon is pretty particular about what they want done.
Hello @Seller_88ugTpMVIXevq,
Thank you for posting your concerns with your account deactivation.
As noted by @Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp the notification you provided does not indicate this situation is related to the late shipment rate or shipping performance.
Why is this happening?
We were unable to verify information related to your seller account or did not receive any new information regarding your listings or selling history.

Go over everything with a magnifying glass looking for a missing 'period' or 'comma'. Is there a different capitalization, abbreviation, spelling, or, even an extra spa ce?

Thanks to @Sandy_Amazon for letting us all know that Brand Registry applications are also space sensitive.
The notice does state why exactly this occurred including the inability to verify you and or your inventory. When it comes to verifying you and your business we will commonly require the submission of a government issued ID including the front and back in color. You will also need a valid utility bill that reference you and your business. As @Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp also provided guidance on how the information should match 100% you will also need to review the information added or used to register the account. We in some situations may also request a valid bank or credit card statement matching the account owner and their physical address.
Was there a particular reason for switching your business address? Do you have valid documentation to verify the new address, if not the best decision would be to as mentioned update the information to the original attributes and provide the requested documents.
Surrounding the concern with verifying your inventory, we will commonly do a supply chain review along with the identify verification which includes a review of your invoices for listed and or sold products. Hello @Seller_88ugTpMVIXevq,
Thank you for posting your follow up concerns.
Since you have already received your post card, you should be able to add the received code to your account information. There will a section titled "business information". You will need to ensure this is added to the correct field in your business address and phone number section.

As previously mentioned, there are other issues present within this situation. You will still need to additionally provide documentation that validates your full supply chain or authorization from the brand as a distributor. Once you have completed the updates to your account and verify the address, be sure to provide all requested documentation for review.
