I have some products which are optional plugins addOns to other products.
For example I sell a motion sensor B0C22FTYHY, but it's not designed to be used alone, it's designed to be used with one of my lighting controllers such as B0BPYR92YP. In another words the motion sensor isn't designed to be sold unless you were buying the controller too. But you could buy the controller without the motion sensor if you didn't need that function. I'm concerned someone who dosen't read well might buy the motion sensor not realizing they need the controller too. So, How do I show the controller on the same page as the motion sensor. I used to use variations, but after a year Amazon decided just now that they are not going to allow that anymore. Case 15070638481
Controllers (can be sold without a addon) : B0BPYR92YP,,B0C5WCQM48, B0CNLYV5PW
Optional addons(not be sold without a controller) : B0BPN7JWNW, B0C2279YL5, B0C22FTYHY, B0C5WBNR7D, B0CZS2JSP4
Hey there @Seller_3nZMUCAv7yWG5- I appreciate you looking for some insight on this here on the forums!
Danny here, hoping to help. The primary way of achieving this would be to arrange a Virtual Bundle including the compatible ASINs. You can watch this video on how to set these up. To be eligible for a virtual bundle though, the ASINs do need to be brand registered. As I see the ASINs you've listed here are 'Generic', this would pose a barrier unless you've been considering registering a brand.
Else, you may want to attempt updates to the titles of the listings with language like 'compatible with controller' (or the like) to help drive shopper understanding, as swell as emphasizing these points within the bullet points as appropriate. Should you consider title or bullet point updates, be sure to reference these product title requirements and product detail page rules.
It is also important to note that if you are not the only seller contributing information to a product detail page, you might find that some of your requested changes do not appear. You can read further on this through our page on editing listing and product information, but let me know if you run into other questions I can help address!
Thanks,
Danny
