Extremely disappointed, very unprofessional compliance team. Why they are dealing cases blindly.❓
Hi Everyone,
I'm reaching out to seek urgent assistance with an issue we're currently facing with compliance team.
They are blindly rejecting our appeal and lab reports that we provide using a generic template without addressing the specifics of our case. No matter how many times we appeal for the same issue, they continue to do so blindly. Consequently, our listing has been removed, and our inventory is now at risk of being wasted.
Any tips on how to get the compliance team to take a look at our case,would be incredibly helpful..

Finally our listings have been approved after several appeals and processes. However, we are still facing similar issues with many of our other listings.
We kindly request your attention to case number 17263200961, where compliance team is clearly denying approval without any reason.
