Read onlyHello,
I wanted to see if anyone else is experiencing any of the following issues or have had these issues with selling on amazon.
I have been selling on Amazon for a couple of months now, and it's been nothing but a headache and a fight. I started off selling my products FBA thinking everything would be great, and I would be able to scale my business. It was going great for a while until Amazon had to keep refunding customers for the products that they were damaging in their warehouse, so they issued refunds to customers and then a reimbursement to me. I requested for my products to be returned to me, they never were returned. Instead, Amazon chose to sale the product, and every time the product was sold, a refund was issued. Customers were then leaving negative reviews, saying they never received the product they ordered or that they only received part of their order. I reached out to Amazon about the matter which they responded and said, the sale was an FBA sale, and that they would delete the review. Amazon left the second negative review and said they weren't going to remove it and the customer could say whatever they wanted. After I complained about my payments not being correct. My account level reserve payment had one amount, and I was only paid $140. I was then having issues with getting paid my earned amount of cash. Which the issue is now resolved but since I have had this conversation regarding payment now, I don't have any sales. I feel like Amazon is retaliating against me for speaking up about the issue I have been having since I started selling. My products are set at an competitive price and all my orders go out on time. I have not violated any of Amazons policies, and I don't understand why I am not receiving any sales. Two of my Amazon FBA products that were being fulfilled by Amazon were always damaged. When I reach out to Amazon inquiring why I'm not receiving any sales, I always get a system generated message and never a live person. I am still selling the same FBM products I have been selling for months the BSR for the products are still low, and I am still not receiving any sales.
Once you take a reimbursement from Amazon, the products are now theirs to own and do with what they please.
If you wanted the products back, you shouldn't have applied for reimbursement.

I haven't had any consistent sales in three weeks. I have been getting one sale per week. I'm still selling the same products that was selling well for me. The BSR isn't high, and I have competitive prices for our listed items. After that I received a email saying that because of my products price it couldn't be featured for the buy box. I just checked, and this particular item is featured by someone else at a higher price than mine. It also states that my inventory is low but I'm not getting any sales. I also got good reviews for my seller fulfilled items the FBA items are the items that have bad reviews I reached out to Amazon about me not getting any sales, and they replied saying Amazon hasn't stopped my sales and they provided a screenshot below. It was only a photo of one of my listed items. My Sellers Central says, (Your seller-fulfilled offers are at risk of deactivation. Your Order Defect Rate is 5.26%; the target is 1%.) It shows this because the items that were filled by Amazon were defective, and the defective rate is a 5.26. As for the defective product, I requested for this item to be returned to me, and I also requested for Amazon to stop selling the product if it was defective. Amazon chose to continue to sell the product. Can someone from Amazon reactivate my sells, and resolve this issue?
