My account is at risk of deactivation due to consumer act

I am writing to inform you that my Amazon account is at risk of deactivation due to the Consumer Protection Act. I submitted the required information 12 days ago, but the status is still showing as "pending."

This delay is causing me a great deal of concern, and I am requesting your immediate assistance in processing my submission. Could you please provide an update on the status or let me know if further action is required from my side?

If you verifyed everything in your account, you will be ok. You must open each page and click edit. Noke any changes necessary and click save. It is done., and should say verified. That box with the warning at the top of the page does seem to hang around for a week or so. I guess it is just a reminder.

As you mentioned there has been some serious concerns with the account being at risk due to the verification process pending. I have worked with the appropriate teams to further review your situation and confirmed that this was due to the tax ID pending in progress. I have since shared your information with the appropriate teams to review your account and compliance.
