Listing has been active for almost a month, but I haven't made a single sale.
Hello, I'm a relatively new seller on Amazon. My product is a computer, which I believe immensly affects the fact that I haven't been able to make any sales. My account health, registration, etc. seems to be fine. I've started running ads only recently. On top of this, I do believe that I am in posession of a buy box. Am I missing anything?
Any help in the right direction would be greatly appreciated!

The number one factor in successful retail sales is always, What products you select to sell. Look at who your competition is. Dell, HP, & Lenovo. Maybe some TV adds on the 3 networks during the nightly national news would help.

The Featured Offer (Buy Box) is not a right or a given. It is like the old Clairol TV add used to say, "Only your hairdresser knows for sure". Now just replace the hairdresser with Amazon. It is run by an Algorithm Bot that giveth and taketh away.
In addition, Amazon uses this as a ploy to entice sellers to use FBA but remember this. There can only be one Featured Offer for each unique product. Sellers seem to enjoy it when they have it, and then complain when they do not. But remember, when a seller is disappointed with the loss of the featured offer, they seem to forget, another seller is happy with that loss, because it is their gain.

What ranking in search does your product have?
Are you getting any page hits from searches?
An item that has not sold ranks notably lower in searches then a product that has had sales.
