Read onlyHello Amazon,
I have been trying for quite some time to list new branded products manually through the blank page where I can enter all the details, attach images, and set the price. However, before I confirm them by "Submit," I am encountering the following error:
8572: You are using UPCs, EANs, ISBNs, ASINs, or JAN codes that do not match the products you are trying to list. If you believe that you have reached this message in error, please contact Selling Partner Support with the following information:
Product Name
Manufacturer name
Brand name
UPC, EAN, ISBN, or JAN along with GS1 certificate
Non-brand owners: A copy of a letter/email from the manufacturer or brand stating that the UPC, EAN, ISBN, or JAN that you are using to list this product is valid
Brand owner: Valid and current (not expired) GS1 certificate for the GTIN range(s) used by your listings
I have tried modifying the information, and I have submitted tickets which were responded to, but because I did not follow up from Friday until Monday (the weekend when support was closed), I am still facing this issue.
Today, I have made a new brand registration request, but I still tend to believe that the unregistered brand is not directly related to the listing error.
Do I need to create a new ASIN for each EAN through another menu and then use those for listing? How can I proceed to list the initial products?
Please note that these are original factory-made products under our brand.
Does this require brand approval?
Thank you!
Hi @Seller_X2YFYkrMRdO77,
what are you trying to sell? When providing a EAN and a brand name, they should match owners.
Best Regards
