2. Listing and Sales: The product was listed under the shared ASIN on April 13, 2024, and we sold only 5 units. All orders were successfully delivered, except for one, where the customer reported not receiving the order. We immediately issued a full refund to this customer, without any dispute, which can be verified in our account’s message history.

3. No Authenticity Complaints: Apart from the refund for the undelivered item, there have been no complaints or feedback from the remaining customers concerning the authenticity of the product.

4. Voice of the Customer Check: We regularly monitor the “Voice of the Customer” section, and this ASIN has consistently shown an excellent status, confirming that no customers reported issues related to authenticity.

5. Product Deletion: We proactively deleted the ASIN from our inventory after those 5 units were sold and have not listed or sold the item since.

I can see the confusion and frustration understanding the difference between becoming un-gated for an item verses having the authority to sell a specific Brand.

You still must be able to provide proof you purchased the items from an authorized supplier. Please review: Responsible Sourcing documentation request requirements If you have a Letter of Authorization this would be great.

You will need to provide a verifiable invoice from a supplier that can prove has the authority to sell you the item, knowing you are going to resell. Please review: Invoice requirements for appealing a policy violation Amazon does require an invoice to have specific properties, Such as:

  • A clearly displayed issue date within the past 365 days before the receipt of the performance notification.
  • Quantity sufficient to cover your sales volumes for each ASIN cited in the performance notification over the past 365 days.
  • Sales records for each of the ASIN associated with the policy violation. You may choose to highlight the specific product that you are appealing for, if the invoice has multiple different products bought on it.
  • Product identifiers that are easy to understand. These can include product name, model number, or Universal Product Code (UPC) that can be validated online.
  • Contact information of your supplier, including a name, phone number, address, and website. We won’t share this information with our retail team or other Amazon sellers.

Other important considerations for your invoices:

  • Any document you provide must be authentic and unaltered.
  • You can remove pricing information from the invoices, but make sure that all other information is visible and clear.
  • We might reach out to the supplier to verify your documents information and will always keep your suppliers’ information confidential.
  • The invoice must be in PDFs (.pdf) or image files (.jpg, .png, or .gif) format.
  • The invoice must document a completed and fulfilled transaction. This means the invoice should be verified as paid and show total charges. The only thing that can be covered up is the unit cost.

What won’t be accepted?

  • Sales quotes, pro forma invoices, or any document that is sent in advance of a finalized invoice or completed transaction.
  • Self-issued invoices or invoices where the supplier appears to be the same business entity as the buyer.
  • Invoices that have been digitally manipulated or are in an editable format such as .xlsx (Excel) or .docx (Word).
