My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I am happy to assist with your application. With the reason for rejection received, the only path forward is to successfully appeal. So, I cannot just request case closure.
I have seen via the case ID that you have attempted several times to attach additional information and attachments, but haven't received a response.
I created an internal escalation and requested that these new items be reviewed along with your appeal.
Typically, this request can take up to a week to receive a response. I will provide an update as soon as I have one.
