I don't have my brand registered yet, but there is a Chinese based seller that is selling my product and doctoring my images. This is a product I make, so there is no way they can have any inventory. How do I report them? When i try to report abuse from account health, it requires I enter my brand.

I want to report a seller who is selling my products on my listing page. They are on the buy box of my own brand registered product. Seeing as how I never gave this seller permission to sell my products or use my brand and I never sell my products in bulk. Shouldn't a drop shipper or any seller need permission from the brand/company to sell their products?

I want to make sure:

1) This seller is removed from my product listing

2) The products he sells are not being taken away from my inventory since the only inventory with my products on Amazon should be my own

I know many sellers have gone through this, but I'm a little new with two products I just introduced about 60 days ago.

The basic facts

• I am the registered Brand Owner - Valerie Lucille. Used Amazon's IP accelerator and atty to submit to USPTO
• Registered with Amazon Brand Registry. Item setup as Valerie Lucille Brand.
• Item has my custom logo on the product and custom box packaging that I designed. (and of course paid good money to do). Did our own EBC content. I'm embarrassed to admit how much I've spent in pay per click to launch this.

A brand new seller to Amazon has appeared and attached to my listing, without the brand owners permission (which is me of course). They have a lower price. All the product ever made and shipped to the USA is in my warehouse or at Amazon. I have not sold any of this product off Amazon or sold wholesale in anyway. This seller has over 50 listings as a brand new seller - they clearly just attached to many other products.

So some questions - how could they actually have any of my product to sell? Where would they have gotten it? I did a test buy and it says it will arrive in August - So I guess we'll see.

Anyone have any advice on how to deal with this? Do I open a case with Amazon? Any key words or tricky phrases I need to use?
