I’m a new seller and gladly had one rating in the seller feedback (order ID: 112-3501591-4636224). However it cannot be seen in the retail page.

After certain checks and I got to know that review is blocked due to "Amazon has noticed unusual reviewing activity on this product. Due to this activity, we have limited this product to verified purchase reviews".

Having a couple of chats with associate, but still not able to get a solution by now.

As a first time seller in Amazon, apart from the Vine reviews, those verified purchase reviews are also very important to my page, especially it is hard to get one from the purchasers in general.

Can someone please look into my account and help...

Please remove the following restriction from our product review page:

"Amazon has noticed unusual reviewing activity on this product. Due to this activity, we have limited this product to verified purchase reviews."

Our firm has not been notified of any issues and such restriction is impacting our business harmfully as products are sold outside of Amazon.com as well.

I had a few customers reach out to me stating disappointment that they can not leave reviews or feedback on their verified purchases made on Amazon.

I had a large email list that I built up from my community that I sent out when I launched. I also had local showcasing of my product at events and gyms.

They reported that they got a message saying "Amazon has noticed unusual reviewing activity of this product and limiting reviews to verified purchases"

I have never asked any of these customers for a review outside the amazon platform or incentivize a review off of amazon.
