listing hijacked again, brand name changed

My listing has been hijacked again and I just got an email saying I have violated brand guidelines when I own the trademark. It keeps happening. This is very frustrating.

@Dougal_Amazon please help like you did before. I really need to get my listing up and going before christmas season.
