I have contacted Amazon time and time again. My product Is a natural dog shampoo, I have been told I need Approval to sell my product however my product does not fit the criteria any of the reasons for needing approval. I have gone around in circles and yes I am still setting with an inactive product. I am happy to request approval if that is what I need to do but I am unable to get to that page that lists the documentation that is required. I have also been instructed to contact Brand Remedy which I have done and waiting for a response. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Amazon decides from day to day which products and cagtegories need approval.
Actually we see that they don't allow applications for pet supplies. Tag a mod here, MAYBE you will get some assistance.

I have reviewed your ASIN and I am not finding any restrictions for your listing. The reason why our item is not live on Amazon is because you are out of inventory in FBA. Once you send in more inventory or list the item as Merchant Fulfilled, it will be live on Amazon. In the case that you provided, the reason for the item not being live at that time is that your item had a start selling date of March 25th and it was only March 19th, which they advised you of. In the future if you want to list your items for sale prior to that date, you will need to edit your listing and change the offer release date, which I can see that you have changed it to April 8th in your account.
