my account got deactivated due to one asin that created a lot of trouble for mostly authentic seller and some for sure fake. now once listing got removed, i emailed the owner but he replied rudely and then i created removal order, all product been removed and yesterday my account got deactivated, please guide what to do.

Your account most likely got deactivated because you can't provide valid documentation. Doesn't matter if you removed it.

No appeal will be accepted. You either have brand approved distributor invoices or your suspension is permanent.

Maybe you should have asked permission to sell the products BEFORE you started selling them on Amazon. Some owners like to actually protect their IP.

Listen to @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9 and @Seller_4zBzdtgCyS9EI -- without an LOA and an invoice from an authorized distributor IN THAT ORDER you are done on Amazon. They have entered the 'take no prisoners' mode of operation.
