Video Call Identity Verification fails to schedule
Hello , I've received email from Amazon for Video Call Identity verification. Amazon uses "Qualtrics" for video verification , I scheduled 3 time slots with them but never received an email with the link or confirmation.
What are the instructions for the call ? What link should I use at the scheduled time to get this call ? What documents should i have handy to complete this interview ? Thanks.
