Amazon Seller Accout Deactivated Due to Linked Account

Amazon has linked my account to my wife's account that was unused and deactivated almost exactly a year ago. Her account is owned by her LLC, separate from my LLC. She is attempting to reactivate her account but when she submitted her proof of identity, she used a personal document with name, address rather than something with both her name and business name. Now Amazon is saying her account is shut down permanently.

On Monday Amazon pulled my account down due to it being linked to my wife's Amazon but they won't identify what was linked or what documents to provide as proof that the accounts are separate. One of the Amazon 'Account Health Specialists' I talked to said it may be because I'm using the same home WiFi as my wife's computer.

This is extremely frustrating for multiple reasons: my account has been operating for almost 1.5 years with no issues but after the first profitable month of my account it's now shut down with no access to the funds. Amazon refuses to provide me any details on what documents to provide or how to specify an affidavit. Can someone please help elaborate on an actual solution to

At this point - I continue to provide different information showing that the accounts are separated legally and within Seller Central. Within a few minutes I receive the same response - I don't think anyone is actually looking at my evidence. Still, no specific requirements have been given for me to correct whatever issue is causing this. I have cleared my cookies and browser history, changed to a different wifi, scrubbed both accounts for anything possibly relating the accounts

Hello FlexiCreatures,

You have been found to be related to an account beginning with Barefoot Life Shop.

We received your submission but do not have enough information to reactivate your account at this time.

To reactivate your account, please provide evidence that you have never owned a separate account and believe this deactivation was in error by providing supporting documentation. This includes but is not limited to any authorized or unauthorized relationship through a third-party company or evidence of account compromise. If we cannot substantiate the claim, your account will not be reinstated.
