Hi @Seller_F6nRH0kvvEe8V, as Seller Support stated, sometimes shipments are physically delivered but the information does not sync between the carrier and Fulfillment Center. In these cases, your shipment will go directly to checked in status when the time comes. The receiving process can take quite a bit of time, especially during the holiday season, so we really appreciate your patience. Your Shipment Summary will provide updates on the Shipment Events tab.
