Please help, Please help
My inventory was delivered to your warehouse over 20 days ago, but it still isn't showing as available for sale.
As a small seller, This delay is really impacting my business. I'm very worried about it.
My Shipment ID: FBA18JDZN5JF, FBA18KN9NNWY was delivered to SAT4 on Dec. 08, 2024, and FBA18JDYC7RG, FBA18KN22LPQ was delivered to STL3 on Dec. 06, 2024, but there is no check in yet.

Could you please speed up the receiving process?
This process is fully automated and NO HUMAN can intervene. We all know that in Q4 this process is slower that normally. So, 20 days is not enough. These days you have to count with 40 days from "Delivered" to "Available". As soon as you see it "Reserved" in your "Manage Inventory" the customers see it and it can be purchased.
Hi @Seller_HAoOxNK84bgeY,
I'm sorry to read about these frustrations. As Brigette mentions above, we are unable to expedite any receiving processes at FBA facilities. Receiving timelines can extend out to several weeks, especially during the holiday season. As detailed in the Peak readiness and timelines for FBA capacity limits announcement this summer (emphasis mine):
We want you to succeed this holiday season, and to ensure you have enough products in stock for peak, we recommend sending your FBA inventory to fulfillment centers in August and September.
Inventory must arrive at our fulfillment centers by October 19, 2024, to guarantee it’s Prime badge-ready by Black Friday.
Our fulfillment center teams will be focused on receiving inventory in September and October to ensure your products are placed in the right fulfillment centers ahead of peak.
In November and December, we’ll shift our focus to processing customer orders as this is our busiest time of year.
Note: We'll have limited slots to accept your shipments at our fulfillment centers during November and December.
This seasonal shift helps us ensure faster delivery speeds and maximizes your sales potential during the holidays. Also, you may see lower estimated capacity limits for October and November.
