I am having an issue regarding items that went missing during an FBA inbound shipment.
Case ID 14960467021 and shipment ID FBA17LK0J7SC.
Despite submitting the Proof of Inventory Ownership and the Proof of Delivery, Amazon is still requesting the following:
“We’ve reviewed and found multiple shipments at our fulfillment centers between the invoice date [12/19/2023] and the ship date [01/07/2024] for shipment ID FBA17LK0J7SC. To continue our investigation, you must provide additional invoices that account for all of the units that were sent in these shipments”.
I don’t understand why we need to submit additional invoices for any shipments other than shipment ID FBA17LK0J7SC which is the shipment that has the missing inventory.
Has anybody else received this response when creating a case for missing inbound items?
Any help would be appreciated.

Hey @Seller_zjCZIhrjAFssb, thanks for providing the additional invoices on the case yesterday. I see it is now again under review but if needed jump back in here and one of us will be able to escalate if needed.
