I understand how frustrating it can be when a disbursement doesn't show up. Let me help you track it down.

First, head over to your Payments Dashboard and look at the "Statement view" tab as explained here. You'll want to:

  • Pick your settlement period from the dropdown
  • See if it shows as "Present (open)"
  • Look for your next payment date at the bottom

If you're looking for an older payment, you can use the "All statements" or "Disbursements" tabs to search through previous periods.

Here's something helpful to know - if you see a payment marked as "Done" but haven't received it yet, you can find its Trace ID in the Disbursements tab. Your bank can use this ID to help locate the funds.

Just a heads up about a few things that commonly affect payments (you'll find these details in the help page under "common reasons for payment delays"):

  • Bank account or credit card info needs updating
  • Account balance is negative or zero
  • Some funds might be temporarily held
  • Shipments need confirmation
  • There might be performance-related holds

One important note: if you've recently updated your bank information, there's a mandatory 3-day security hold before any transfers can happen. This is mentioned in the help page under the bank account information section.
