Read onlyWe have a SAFE-T Claim that continues to be declined for 71846-05521-1756852 related to Order 114-7587351-9073803 and Case 17398317481. The customer claimed "Unable to Deliver," despite proof of delivery showing the correct address and a signature confirming receipt by the customer.
We have appealed four times and submitted all required documentation, yet the claim remains denied. This appears to be fraudulent, as the package was delivered on time and signed for upon receipt.
Amazon directed us to review the "Reimbursement for Seller-Fulfilled Network Prepaid Returns" policy.
After thoroughly reviewing the policy, we qualify for a reimbursement. The order was delivered with signature confirmation to the buyer’s address, and the tracking information confirms it was shipped on time, meeting the Maximum Estimated Delivery Date.
Since we've exhausted all possible steps with the SAFE-T claim, I'm unsure what else to do at this point, so I'm reaching out here.
Hello, I would greatly appreciate any support with this matter. I have exhausted all my resources, yet my SAFE-T claim continues to be automatically denied without any response from Amazon. This is a significant loss, as Amazon is claiming the item was not delivered when, in fact, it was. I have attached proof of delivery, signed by the customer in the SAFE-T case.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
