Brand registry is asking for too much

. Ensure the brand name is permanently affixed to the product, such as through printing, sewing, laser-etching, or engraving. Stickers, labels, tags, or stamps are not considered permanently affixed. Please ensure that you provide multiple product images that clearly displaying the branding on your product. Exception: Certain products like furniture, jewelry, toys, wigs, and handmade items may not have permanently affixed branding, in which case the packaging must have a permanently affixed brand name.

How am I supposed to do this selling a bag of crushed crystals. I label my bags with a sticker as it is the most logical thing to do.

Please clarify amazon with your absurd asks. It is most absurd that my listings are being rebranded and hijacked by other sellers while I can not even edit my own listings. I have been rejected by your brand registry over 8 times. Insane.

Brand registry seems to do more harm than good and dose not protect sellers.

Upload a copy of any recent sourcing/manufacturing/supply invoice (1 or more) published in the last 6 months which includes one or more of the brand’s product names. Please ensure to hide any sensitive data (Example: pricing details).

Please specify so we dont have to guess what you mean. so we arent rejected without being told the issue.

Hello @Seller_fxSlAS1yOhYg7

Sandy from Amazon here.

I understand that certain products could be hard to have the brand name permanently affixed to the product or packaging. However depending on the product, it is brand registry standard to place the brand name permanently affixed.

Looking at your product images, I see that you have stickers and tags. Neither of these are permanently affixed to the product packaging.

Would you please try to apply again, but this time with the brand name printed on the bag or on a box? If this is declined, I would be happy to escalate to the brand enrollment team.

Do you know how many products have sticker labels on them. Almost every product listed on amazon has a sticker label from windex to penaut butter pretzels. This is most absurd requirement. You have double standards and I demand you to fix this nonsensical requirement.

Hi @Seller_fxSlAS1yOhYg7

I understand this requirement is hard for some sellers depending on the product however this is currently the standard for showing the brands and getting enrolled.

I can communicate this to the brand team and product more in depth requirements around this to educate sellers, however this requirement will not be deprecated as it is owned by the brand team.
