I want to close my Account

discussion.i want to close my seller account

When I tried to do so in my account settings it's redirecting me to error page.

I don't want to pay amazon

As amazon told me to try the seller account n you can close any time but now I m unable to close my accoun

Is your account deactivated? If so, you cannot close.

Then first thing you should do is downgrade to the Individual plan. Then there are no charges unless you make a sale.

As for closing the account, it must be in good standing; and it must be at least 90 days since your last order was delivered. If you've sold anything since late Feb., you need to wait. If your account is suspended or has any active complaints you must resolve those.

If neither of those things are a factor, and you still cannot close your account, you will need to open a case. But once you have downgraded, it's no big deal to just walk away.

Has our team made any requests for information or details regarding your account?

Additionally, it is recommended to ensure that you are on the individual selling plan if you are not wanting to pay the monthly fee. You should be able to adjust this through the account settings located in the top right corner of seller central.
