Little history of our Amazon selling.

6 years selling in Amazon. Chargeback history 2 both we won. Account health 208 and 5 star customer service rating.

We recently lost our buy button off one product and the search for this product has been suppressed.

Product history: We have been selling this product for 6 years on Amazon with 250 reviews.

85% are 5 star and 10% are 4 star. By this stat the product is well made and the buyers are very happy with the performance of this product.

About a year ago a copycat began selling a very similar product on Amazon. Their history is checkered with customer ratings of all 1. This company removed the product from Amazon for a month or so and then reposted it under a new ASIN. It has 3 new reviews all are 1. I DID NOT DO A FALSE REVIEW or have some else do one.

About 6 months ago Amazon removed the buy button off this product and suppressed the search showing in Amazon. In Google, Bing, Yahoo, and other search engines we are number one in search results.

I researched how to get the penalty reversed advice from articles about fixing the issue.

I created A+ content, and posted new images. A+ content was approved.

I then created a case to have this product reviewed and was denied. The Amazon employee sent me the possible reason. I copied them below. RE:[CASE 17443784641]

• Provide great customer service--(My answer we have a 5 star rating in customer service with a 208 score in account health)

• Ensure product authenticity and quality--(My answer 6 years selling only 2 returns from 1000's sold, and 250 reviews with a 4.5 Star rating)

• Prevent chargeback claims--(My answer we have had 2 in 6 years both we won.)

I. Price your items competitively--(My answer we created this product it is well made and from 250 reviews a solid well made product)

II. Offer faster shipping and free shipping--(My answer we have free shipping for 6 years on all our products.)

III. Provide great customer service--(My answer we do and confirmed from our account health and 5 star ratings.)

IV. Keep stock available--(My answer never been out of stock in 6 years.)

The only issue Price your items competitively. There are only 2 sellers on Amazon selling this product. Us and copycat. The copycat is priced 20.00 cheaper than ours but from the reviews their product is very cheaply made. It's like comparing Apples to Oranges. We can't lower our price we have to make money to stay in business.

It's not fair we have to lower our price to compete against a company that sells a product that continued to be rated by customers as 1.

I'm asking a mod to review our issue please.
