Amazon has illegally deducted taken amount from my account of 850 USD in other payments and i am unable to open a case

please help and guide how to create a case and recover my money.

Hello, Amazon Payments deducted $333 from my credit card. But the reason for this deduction is not visible in the Amazon account and there is no transaction activity. I have not received any e-mail either. Since my account is closed, I cannot open a case. Where can I find out the reason for the deduction?

We've had between $10k-$20k each disbursement cycle withheld from Amazon. We are still getting disbursements, but we've gone to Amazon 4 separate times and each case is inevitably transferred. We have not heard back from any of the transferred cases and have no explanation why such a large amount is being withheld. We understand Amazon's account level reserves but there has been no explanation why Amazon would need to reserve this large of an amount against us. Any advice or help would be much appreciated!
